Processing uploaded files and generating translations.

Uploaded files and generated translations are stored temporarily to enable processing and delivery.

No Long-term Storage: EpubMaster does not provide long-term storage or backup services for your documents.
Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated profile data at any time via our support channels.

4. Third-Party Services & AI Providers

To provide high-quality translation, EpubMaster transmits content to our AI service provider, Google Gemini.

Data Privacy: These providers process content solely to perform the requested translation via API.
No AI Training: Your content is NOT used to train third-party AI models.
Usage Limits: Providers are not authorized to store or use the content for any other purposes.
Output Disclaimer: Translation output is generated by third-party AI models and returned as provided. We do not guarantee translation quality, accuracy, or fitness for any specific purpose.

5. Security & Session Management

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Local Storage & Cookies: We use browser local storage and cookies to maintain your login session and save your platform preferences.
Security: While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade user data. We may disclose information only if required to comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests.

For billing and refunds, please refer to our Terms of Service. Paid usage is credit-based (pay-as-you-go), and credit purchases are non-refundable.
