By accessing or using EpubMaster (available at https://www.epubtranslation.com), you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

EpubMaster is an automated AI-powered translation tool for EPUB and other document formats.

EpubMaster operates solely as a technical intermediary that processes user-submitted content for translation purposes. We do not create, edit, review, endorse, or verify user content.

2. User Content & Responsibility

EpubMaster is a Neutral Tool: We provide an automated utility for processing text. We do not inspect, control, or take responsibility for the files you upload.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any content you upload. By using our service, you affirm that your use does not violate any third-party copyrights or applicable laws.

EpubMaster disclaims all liability for unauthorized use of our tool. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising out of your use of the service.

3. Data Processing & Retention

User-submitted files and generated translations are processed solely for the purpose of providing the translation service.

Uploaded files and generated translations are retained for up to 24 hours from processing, then automatically deleted.

EpubMaster does not provide long-term storage or backup services. You are responsible for downloading and storing your files before deletion.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use EpubMaster to translate or process content that is illegal, harmful, or abusive, including but not limited to:

Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors
Extreme violence or graphic abuse
Terrorism, violent extremism, or incitement to violence
Hate speech or content promoting discrimination
Content that violates human rights or applicable laws

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate access to the service for any violation of these Terms, without prior notice.

5. No Warranty

Translations are generated automatically by third-party AI models and may contain errors, omissions, bias, or inaccuracies.

EpubMaster is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that translated content is accurate, lawful, non-infringing, or suitable for publication or commercial use.

We return model output as provided by the underlying AI service and do not guarantee quality for any specific purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating translated content before relying on it.

6. Payments, Credits, Bonus Features, and Refunds

What You Purchase: Paid usage is based on one-time purchases of translation credits (pay-as-you-go). EpubMaster is not a recurring subscription and does not auto-renew charges.

Core Paid Entitlement: The core paid product is translation credits. Credits are consumed based on usage of paid models.

Bonus Features: Batch upload and batch translation are bonus promotional features, not separately purchased products. Bonus access may have a time limit (for example, one month from your most recent purchase) as described in the product UI.

Credits and Bonus Are Independent: Expiration of bonus batch access does not by itself invalidate your remaining credits. If credits remain, core paid-model translation may still be available under current product rules.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers and are subject to their respective terms.

No Refunds Policy: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

All Sales Are Final: Whether due to translation quality, model output variance, service interruptions (including third-party provider outages), bonus feature expiration, or change of mind, no refunds will be issued once payment is completed. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpubMaster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Copyright Complaints

EpubMaster does not proactively monitor user content. However, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled;
Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and an email address;
A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of EpubMaster after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Epub Master
